ANY item CAN drop in BH worlds if your foe carries it. This was CONFIRMED by a JAGEX MOD on forums within the first week of BH's release.

IT IS REAL. However, unlike a dragonfire shield, or dragon full helm, an AGS is NOT a randomly generated drop, and can only be obtained if your opponent loses it and you get lucky enough to recieve it from his inventory as part of your loot.

ok seriously guys,in bounty hunter you have a 75% chance of recieving items form your targ,if by chance you smite them(drop their prayer) they will lose an itme like an ags.if you are lucky it will fall under the 75% and be given to you,this was the case in the video.hope this helped.
