when you get 7/8 kill streak does it mean u also get all gun proficiency & perks?

@bryanteo94 No you don't get damage no matter what gun you use. I usually run damage on my shotguns so when I get specialist I get that and range at the same time. And when you get all perks, it's every perk in the game, not just the ones that you've already unlocked.

when I got my first MOAB, I got it with killstreaks, predator missile, helicopter, and the pave low. I was going crazy! Lol But since that ive gotten 3 more and all with specialist so yeah Specialist is the way to go!

technically if you were running a shotgun with range, you would get damage with the specalist 8 streak thing. only works on shotguns.
