After the first rise in the bowl when you takwe the dough out of the bowl and put it into the pans how long do u let the bread rise in the pans before you bake it . I could not find the vidio for this p0art. The next vidio was when you had the bread already rose in the pans. Did you let it rise another 8 to 10 hrs and also i missed what you baked it on and for how long. I dont know what happend to the videos in beetween. Thanks for your help
@thenorwegian1000 - Thanks for your questions. There's no "True" answer to either though. I have found that in warmer months it rises quicker than cold ones. I put the pans on top of my refrigerator to capture the warm air from it. It generally takes between 6-12 hours. The strength of the starter has a lot to do with it too. As far as baking goes most chefs i've watched say bake until it's done. I know that's a bad answer, but it really is true. you will need to experiment.
@thenorwegian1000 - I use a small "toaster" type oven to bake. It does not have the power of a standard oven. I'm sure that it takes my oven much longer than a "real" oven. I bake at 375F for about 27 minutes. But the simple answer is: when the top is golden brown and the smell is about to kill you.....it's done. I hope this helps, but feel free to ask any thing.
Yes, just take it out of the freezer a couple of hours before you intend on eating it. I've eaten bread that was four months old and it was a good as fresh bread.
Lots of beating around the bush

How do you defrost the bread? Do you just leave it outside for a while?
