Amazing interpretation, unbeatable in a 1v1, only a spear could trespass his chest. The spear felt uncomfortable being of iron, so that was unfair. Jet Li is just great.
I love Jet Li. He's a genuine kung fu phenom and a natural martial artist who just happened to have become an actor. He might not look imposing but every inch of the guy is rock hard muscle; I saw some footage back in the 80s of performaing traditional Shao Lin kung fu, being kicked in the groin and slapped with sticks, and it was like hitting a brick wall. He's actually been asked to slow down during fight scenes because he moves too fast for the camera to catch! Dude's a genuine bad ass.
I think it was in a documentary called Dragons of the Orient, but don't quote me on that; I do know he appeared in at least one documentary back the in the late 70s/early 80s, before he became a known star, but which doesn't appear in his list of film credits, though it's been years since I saw it and, sadly, I don't remember the title. :/

if you have Jet Li playing the villain, the heroes are fucked because no one can beat Jet Li, he's just too damn good.

good thing this was a movie. If jet was really a crime lord, he would be invincible until natural death.
