  • It's no big deal if you take your medication. But if you don't it's scary. I have a similar video on my channel.

  • i think you are a complete joke...

i had all these symptoms after meth abuse. A healthy diet, an persistent exercising gradually made it all go away..

most of all you obviously live an unhealthy lifestyle. which isn't healthy for you in every form, maybe if you broke a sweat once in a while you would see the power of healthy living an the clarity of mind that comes with it..

you are just a weak minded person seeking attention in a pathetic way, you are crazy by definition..but not schizophrenic

  • My way of describing that weird feeling is simply having

'NO POINT OF REFERENCE' there seems to be nothing consistent and nohting that my brain can understand to be real or logical ,on which to base any real sense of a reality.

Things, objects, people, words, peoples speech all therefore become completely over-analyzed.One word can set off a train of thought that can go anywhere and convinces you, you've had a eureka moment, knowing something others dont! constant analyzing of ppl+surroundings etc

  • Steve Wilkos - Devil Mom guys this is who she realy is watch this and circulate it. its important its on youtube

  • mine pops up then goes away in "flares." I'm recovering. Medication = no effect. They're going to put me in work therapy.

  • It's 12:15 *dark voice* *a fire circle appears on the floor little demons jump out of it* Now we're gonna take you to hell.

  • You're really fat, you know that?

  • Okay, the thing is most people who with Schizophrenia DONT know they have a problem until its too late.

  • Thank goodness you didn't go to the bathroom in the hall. :-P

  • what is that with americans not having an health insurance??? In netherlands it's a must, know noone who doesnt has one, people are really stupid because what are you going to do when you end up in the hospital and where do you pay 10.000 dollars from? your left to die.

  • @MsLAB24 they have programs in the hospitals for people that go through that but it doesnt' help the youth and it doesnt' prevent disorders.

  • forgive me about my questions...I believe my whole family has this...and I have alot of those symptoms. But i wanted to know what kind of tests and questions they gave you, so i can be prepared...Because i may be going soon and I don't want to be scared or anything you know, thank you.

  • @ShadowMaker0 well, they usually ask a number of questions like how are you feeling? do you hear or see things that other people don't? but then they'll also ask you to do cognitive things like they will tell you to remember three things and then they ask you later what those things are. they also sometimes ask you to count backwards by seven, maybe who the presidents of the US were/are, and they might ask you to interpret a rhyme. Don't worry too much. You can't fail. Nothing scary.

  • @ichbinkeinberliner Thats a bit of a relief, thank you :)

  • I was diagnosed with Schizophrenia when I was younger... and It's been a wind-y road.

    Good luck to you

  • LSD YAY!!!

  • Why is there a demonic voice in your video? Watch from 07:30 and just listen. Creepy as fuck dood.

  • @Einsteinette777 holy shit, i heard that too..omg...i came on here from her crystal light review..lol

  • @Einsteinette777 It is the voice on my computer saying the time.

  • people are after you also me like everyone it's not schizophrenia, it's just being true.

I have also weird thoughts and I am just schizotypal. Do you have hallucinations, what do you hear/feel?

  • You seem fine to me..

I don't believe you have Schizophrenia.

  • @crazy7house I'm well medicated

  • @crazy7house you cant always see it from the outside. i am schizo too but i don't hear voices. well im mild schizo (paranoid/schizotypal=like)

  • Comment removed

  • I've watched a few of your videos. You are such a SWEETHEART. You are SO SINCERE and HAPPY and POSITIVE in your presentation and in your expressions. Love life as much as you can girl...well done. Keep going girl...

  • It most commonly manifests as auditory hallucinations, paranoid or bizarre delusions, or disorganized speech and thinking, and it is accompanied by significant social or occupational dysfunction. Onset of symptoms typically occurs in young adulthood, with a global lifetime prevalence of around 1.5%.Diagnosis is based on the patient's self-reported experiences and observed behavior. No laboratory test for schizophrenia exists.

My Dear, if you have blown Schizophrenia i'm the Queen of England.

  • My mother in law is schizophrenic. A doctor told me about family constellation. He said the person who is schizophrenic is ill because someone committed murder in their family. The schizophrenic person is very sensitive and ...kind of has to solve what happened. This person can hear both the voice of the murder and their victim and talks like them. So family constellations may help understand the situation with a good therapist. Hope it helps!

  • @suraah sorry, that is completely wrong it has nothing to do with someone being murdered

  • @ichbinkeinberliner It is something that may have happened to another generation of your family. What happened must be solved. It is like... souls fighting, not finding peace until somebody treats the situation with a therapist. It is not easy to understand this logically, but many people have been healed thanks to family constellations as developed by Bert Hellinger. I watched a video and talked to that doctor and was amazed by the results.

  • @ichbinkeinberliner Welp, seeing as though they barely have any idea of how it's caused and its treatment varies from person to person it may very well have been caused by that stress and that experience may be center stage in their psychosis.

  • primary nursing diagnosis will be imbalanced nutrition related to abnormal metabolism as evidenced by overweight as fuck to the point that her head is so fat occupiied 90% of the screen.....................damn.........

  • you are not a schizophrenic you attention seeking bowling ball of a woman.

  • i dont know why i like to listen to you when you talk O_O

  • Nice.

  • You are beautiful

  • i was diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic about 4 months ago...my disability just came through as approved..i am doing much better...do schizophrenics get to keep there disability even if there doing much better, like hearing less voices or almost none..I still dont like going out into public though...so my question is do Drs ever question your need to disability if your doing better than before...Just 4 months ago i was going through some crazy stuff..hearing, seeing, and feeling..

  • large and in charge.

  • wake up lady your not schitzophrenic

  • A woman with schizophrenia often will not seem ill, because negative symptoms are usually much less pronounced for woman than for men. Men tend to have more severe positive and negative symptoms.

  • first thing you should do is if you feel you have schitzophrenia is realise you are a fat ass who lies and leave mental health symptons to those who actually have it....

  • you are not skitzophrenic one bit why do u have to say that about yourself

  • @IndigoCat17 No, it is okay. I am schizophrenic. It is just a disease and I have it. No big deal. :)

  • @IndigoCat17 and you can say that from a far distance.. ? leave it to professionals

  • @IndigoCat17 because it's either something you run to, get forced on you or anything else. I'm in the age of proving and I was labeled inferior already, so I get all the labels and all the help I could ever need. It should be called psychosis and treated like a cough then keep coming at people with character disorders so that that spreads out. I'm not going to untangle it.

  • @IndigoCat17 I have depression-rage-high.

  • my aunt wad diagnosed as being paranoid schizophrenia and our main problem is that she does not believe she has a problem. how do we go about alking to her about the problem and encouraing her to get help if she denies it?

  • You are very brave to talk about your experiences with this. Anyone that might think they have it need to see this, it could be very calming for them.

  • hmmm....let me guess........jubbah`s girlfriend from star wars?

  • its good your doing these videos gurl its very proactive, i too have the disease.

  • what if you've been misdiagnosed........

  • @SummaLuvv. also some meds dont work, i was all heaps of meds wen i have breakdowns and they didnt work. dont take em now__SSSHHHH__dont tell my mum but the meds may effect ur sister differently

  • @SummaLuvv. im 12 and i have schizophrenia and i had my first break at 11. i know thats early but thats how they found out i had it. Some peeps get sicotic breaks alot other not so much. ur sister may only get 1 but i have had like 6 in the last year n got put in a hospital so ur sister is lucky.

  • I think its rly good that you open it up to other ppl..your brave :)

  • obviously you remember some details of your psychotic period, but do they seem really hazy? When you were experiencing those things did you feel like you were in a dream-like state? Just curious

  • I have Schizophrenia running in the families, it is not real, everyone has been brainwashed by the government, because i have powers and i can do things with my minds, treatment is good not for anybody, i learn how i need to use MY NMIND, the reason because people hate me, I AM THE FOUNDATION OF SOCIETY, PSYCHOSIS IS DRUGS THE PLANTS HELP YOU SEE NO SERIOUS BAD YOU UNLOCK YOUR MIND LIKE ACID AND THE PSYCHIATRIST ARE BAD PEOPLE, YOU DONT WANT TO TELL THEM THEY MAKE YOU WORST, SAVE YOURSELF S!

  • @2milan3 MY BRAIN IS GOING UP and down am losing brain cell man!!

  • Lol big girl ^ xD

  • I have a question. My sister was diagnosed with schizophrenia about a year ago and she just turned 16 in October. If they caught her at a young age, will she have a bad breakdown eventually or will the medicine she is on somewhat stop it?

  • Everybody's outcome is different, so it is impossible to say, but there is some evidence that treating the illness early on can improve the outcome...like putting a fire out in the brain with the meds. If she can get the right meds and stay on them and if she has social and family support her chances of doing better are greater. But, there also may be cures or better meds in her lifetime!

  • I was diagnosed when I was 16... i am 22 now. I was at a high peak at that age. It slowed down alot. Now its getting to a different point... I havent had help in a long time, and I think if i would ave stayed on meds it wouldnt be like this. The meds will help...but only if she continues to take them

  • you seem nice. i like you. and i have a better understanding of what Schizophrenia is.

  • Thank you! That is nice of you to say! :) Cheers! :)

  • It seems as though you dont have the illness. You seem quite normal actually. Could you describe the voices? How do they sound? Are they always malignant??

  • you really have skitzophrenia?? :o

  • Yes. I have had it since I was 15. I'm 36 now.

  • Just a question for you Kristan. have u ever been so ill that you have been sectioned

  • Oh yes...we call it being in lockdown or lockup here or just being in the psych ward, but yes, I've been locked up against my will, because I was a danger to myself and/or others before. I've been locked up several times actually! :)

  • yeah im from the uk and we call it being sectioned i guess thats the same as lock down being detained under the mental health act against our own will. iv had mental illness for about 12 years and been sectioned 6 times. once for 6 months, i dont have schitzophrenia like your self but i have schitzoaffective disorder which is bipolar with psychosis kind of like schitzophrenia.

  • me too

  • You are very brave to open yourself up like this.. it helps those who are experiencing similar difficulties, as you obviously know. Best of all, I see that you are evolved enough to remove the shame that large sectors of society place on people with mental illness. You have my admiration. My husband has a relative with a similar diagnosis and it helps me to understand him more when I see videos like your own.

  • Thank you for your informative and encouraging videos!

  • hey you know what you are a amazing being-it would not be easy to talk bout it.

give your self pat on the back :) :)

  • Oh geesh. You can post what ever you like, Kristen. I just enjoy you and what ever you say is OKAY! Seriously girl, maybe you don't want to constantly talk about your condition (excuse me if that is isn't the proper way to describe it), but you are healthy and doing well and I am perfectly happy to come here and see a *happy* healthy Kristen talking about her life. That's what I come here for. Sorry to rant. Just had to say that :) I will always be hear to listen no matter what you say! -T

  • You are by far the best mental health vlogger on you tube and it's vids like this one that prove it. I didn't like all the fluff because you are so good at these vids. I'd love to see it equall fluff and serious. You are an incredible asset to people like me and others who have mental illness.

  • Hey sweetheart. Thanks for sharing. Good video. I don't know if you have met mesbasketcase on here but you might find some support from her. She suffers the same ailment. I wouldn't have guessed this about you at all. Peace and love my friend! :)

  • Hey, I love your eyes too, do I get a +1 on my comment too. lol

You do have pretty eyes. laters

  • Your partner banner is really cool! Didn't know you became a partner - congratulations.

That are some great advices to the people also by talking about your experiences.

For sure it sounds way more different to that what tv/movie are trying to imagine to us.

A good friend of mine was also at the psychiatric ward just because he got a meningitis. It is not meaning to be crazy.

You're not crazy and if I wouldn't know this fact then I wouldn't even think you are having it.

  • i was doing poorly at high scool,16, closed depressed, saw a pscologist,no diagnosis of schizo. recuperated wee in my 20's till isolation in a winter in fort lee led me to .... schizo. voices, control from other self, hallucinations. electroshock did little but on the big picture it probably helped, leponex, pschotherapygroups, then a big psch. took me off med pointing out that medecine is only to tampon the real reasons. back on med in 96-2006 . got off it on my own . did more less depressed.

  • high school kids can be so mean. i would hate to have been diagnosed in high school. interesting vid. i always enjoy seeing your vids!!! kiki and i have been playing with a new toy. it is a fishing pole with a big fabric fish on the end of a bungie string. i can't believe how high he can jump. (((hugs))) :)

  • good story! =)

it's amazing the difference the right treatment makes - it changes a person's whole world.

  • i love your eyes

  • Thanks for sharing this video. It really touched me and you gave great advice to seek help.

I don't think I am schizophrenic, because I think most of the time schizophrenics don't know they have it until they are diagnosed. But I do have weird issues with getting paranoid about things and even losing time. Like I'll be walking down the street away from my house, and all of a sudden I'm walking toward my house and I don't ever remember turning around. Do you think I should talk to someone?

  • I hate the way TV portrays mental hospitals and patients.

It was really interesting to hear how you were diagnosed.

    Great video Kristin! :)

  • Thanks, Kristin. Misdiagnosis seems pretty common. I mean there are hundreds of choices for docs, right?

    Thanks for the info!

  • oh my god...i get to where i don't shower, can't even think about hygiene...when it's bad, it's really bad. i can't do time, either. what you're describing made me cry. where's the rest of the video? i remember being really clueless at school, so unlike the other children. my grade point average ended up being 0.00 because i was so FAR away from everything...but i was right there. does that make sense??? oh man, we have to talk.

anyway, my name is eisy (pronounced eye-zee)i'm a 31 yr old female

  • hi, i was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, but i'm thinking it was a misdiagnosis.

i will send out a video comment to try and explain. i started a new youtube account called rushedartist and i will talk to you from there. thanks so much for posting these vids...so helpful.

    :)
