Question -- I have naturally high cortisol levels. I have recently put on a large amount of weight after a surgery, and to lose the weight, as part of my workout plan, I do cardio (about 45-60minutes of interval training) three times a week in the morning. Is this counterproductive - does the cortisol essentially make my body break down muscle tissue for energy in the morning when I'm doing cardio? If so, should I supplement with BCAAs before cardio?

cocaine, caffeine and sugar can have harmful affects if taken in excessive doses. Of course, cocaine is illegal so that is out of the question but all of them in times past had beneficial effects when used for the right reasons. Homeopathically, they all have benefits.
My mom was given cortisone as an anti-Inflamatory...I received heavy doses of it and ended up leaving to her home country so to speak because doctors couldnt detect anything in her...Even tho she felt some of the following...drops if water running in her head, Constant pinging noise in her ears, She complains about the left side of her face being Swollen, palpitations in her upper and lower body and her legs palpitate (I can actually see her heart rate just by looking at her leg)..She has severe
not me she received (sorry late night typing i guess)....she always looks stressed and her anxiety sometime is through the roof...shes been to many doctors and non of them have been able to help her get better...Shes been with an ecrondologist but she didnt get any usefull information from the visit.
@biomans you mentioned in another comment that Dr. B helped you get better. Did you see him personally or phone consult? I am using the creams and protocol but have so many questions and hard to talk to him.
@wearehisbeloved I saw him personally. He is very difficult to talk to. The consulting doctors in his office are very knowledgeable. They can get questions to him.
Endocrinology is a major key to living longer and healthier, as close to living indefinitely as we can and should come. I believe that this is the generation for this to occur, now! Schools should be adjusted to help our children understand chemical reactions from a young age. Full human body pre-enzymatic, enzymatic and post enzymatic reactions must become common knowledge to everyone, life itself being the deterrent to criminal activity and recidivist behavior.
totally agree. Nobody cares about teaching children. by just looking at the views on educational videos on utube, more views occur on entertainment videos.

I assume cocaine lowers cortisol which in turn would prevent anti aging?
I find that hard to believe, since as far as I know cocaine harms neurons in the brain...no matter how it is used?

Our schools barely even teach children how to read; this is out of the question.
