  • That's cool.But nowadays people at the park will laugh at you if they see you doing that.I tried that and I saw some low-life scumbags laughing at me,saying that I'll look like an idiot if I do creative exercises at the park.............

  • Thanks. It's a little cold here locally for some of those exercises. But it's perfect if you are in the southern hemisphere.

  • could be braver with some of the exercises, the swing row, could elevate feet off ground. that would be killer

  • I tried not to go too crazy. I didn't want to scare anyone out of trying to exercise. I might make a more extreme one later. Thanks for the comment. Rows with the feet elevated are very nice.

  • Crunches and Sit-ups are certainly the most basic but not the toughest AB exercises. I really like the slow mountain climbers for abs right now. I'll try to put a video together with a couple of my favorite AB exercises.

  • It's not really a workout. It's more designed to give people ideas. And there are exercises for a lot of different ability levels. You can use the ones that fit your ability.

  • My bets mate does the thing on the swing set push ups but with weights so they roll it's ahrder because you also got to control it.

  • The push-ups with dumbbells is a great exercise. Tell him to keep it up. Crossover Push-ups on a Medball are also challenging to control.
