@Zyworski I just did some quick research and you are right, Saddam is responsible for 1M Iranians, 250-500k Iraqi's, 50-100k domestic/Kurds. It is hard to get accurate estimates of the dead caused by the US war machine but it looks to be in the 250-500k range, which is considerably less. This of course is cold comfort to the 250-500k who lost their lives. If one considers that the Iran, Iraq war dead were the result of our instigation then the issue gets more complicated.

I know my reasoning for tuning into fox is to keep an open mind and hear the other side of political issues because, Fox's bias is very blatant. Though he is the most watched analyst I much prefer one who actually makes a point rather than yelling until he believes he's gotten his point across frankly I think he's good for a laugh.

@Zyworski I just did some quick research and you are right, Saddam is responsible for 1M Iranians, 250-500k Iraqi's, 50-100k domestic/Kurds. It is hard to get accurate estimates of the dead caused by the US war machine but it looks to be in the 250-500k range, which is considerably less. This of course is cold comfort to the 250-500k who lost their lives. If one considers that the Iran, Iraq war dead were the result of our instigation then the issue gets more complicated.

I know my reasoning for tuning into fox is to keep an open mind and hear the other side of political issues because, Fox's bias is very blatant. Though he is the most watched analyst I much prefer one who actually makes a point rather than yelling until he believes he's gotten his point across frankly I think he's good for a laugh.

I tend to prefer actual news, not the sort seen between drug company commercials and beer ads, but occasionally I slum the airwaves.
