Grassroots teaching, thats where the money should go. You could eliminate the administration and if the teachers showed up to teach, they might even be able to do a better job. The reverse won't work!

The parents and children are why I teach in Hayward.

I had the opportunity to teach in Pleasanton and Walnut Creek--and I know those families and children are wonderful, too, but I chose to stay in Hayward, because of the love and support you have shown me for so many years.

Your moving and amazing March had me in tears. You have validated my reason for being with you.

I love you more than you know.

And now I see you that you love us more than I knew!
