Alla’s a very strong candidate, but she’s difficult to lead and her loyalty towards Rebecca is questionable.

I've said it before, you just don't know at all what's going on In Rebecca's mind. She just gives you that inscrutable smile and it's quite discomforting. She'd make an excellent poker player, that's for sure. But she's hard to judge in a business negotiation.
