I think they have evidence that I'm not aware of. I recently heard about the witness who testified that she was at his store around 7:00 AM buying cleaning supplies, and that sounds pretty bad. IF he's telling the truth.
But I also saw an interview on TV of some P.I. or attorney who had gone over there to check out the case, and in his opinion she was obviously not guilty. So I don't know. It must be very intimidating when police asks you about what you did at a certain time. Unless you know you're going to be interrogated by the police, you don't look at the clock every time. After Amanda's guilty verdict in Italy, I have studied her case for 3 hours through different media articles and videos, I find her not guilty !. She comes of an average American middle class family with life values. Very hard to believe she could partake in satanic rituals, and group sex orgies with people she knew very little, like Ghude or her boyfriend of a very short time. Killing someone so brutally with a small knife, and then maintaining a smile during her trial, it does not add up.

That this the reason I don't want to say whether they're guilty or not. Judges and lawyers did it for hundred of hours. And still I'm never sure of a court decision, because jails are full of innocent people everywhere. What I'm sure of is that she screwed herself accusing an innocent person saying she was there and then retreating when the accused guy had unquestionable proof he was elsewhere.

I don't think SHE herself murdered Kercher, but I do think that she was an accomplice. There is no way she is completely innocent. It just doesn't seem likely that someone would just be unlucky enough to come back to their apartment and see their roommate murdered. And also, why did she wait so long to phone the police? I don't know if she's guilty or innocent. I haven't followed the case as closely as I've followed others. And the facts that I do know seem confusing. I think they have evidence that I'm not aware of. I recently heard about the witness who testified that she was at his store around 7:00 AM buying cleaning supplies, and that sounds pretty bad. IF he's telling the truth.

But I also saw an interview on TV of some P.I. or attorney who had gone over there to check out the case, and in his opinion she was obviously not guilty. So I don't know. But I pray the verdict will be the correct one. I do know that police interrrogations are so bad that they do force a lot of false confessions from people who are not guilty.
