you right man. and buffet is an investor: he pays Cap gains on his profits thats 15%. and the money he uses to invest has already had taxes paid on it! his sec just gets a paycheck with fica.withholding, federal taxes etc. you cant compare apples to oranges. buffet knows its a scam to compare his tax rate to his secretarys. but i guess he likes the publicity or something. We only tax investments 15% cuz we want to encourage ppl to do it!
