And what kind of a government plots a homeland attack? I believe the Philippines will be well off by joining Japan's cause of unifying nations in the South-EastAsia.  While the American "liberated" Philippines, only did so to fcuk Philippines in the ass by imposing strict trade clause which benefited the American interests and passing on such acts to that allows American access to acres of land, American firms to be establish inside the country, and much more all of which prevented independent development of the Philippines.

yeah they were legitimate targets but do you think the japanese were peaceful rulers of the Phillipines? 100,000 civilians dead in Manila nearly all killed in cold blood by vengeful japanese. Kamikazis were designed as terror weapons. Just read about Japan's strategy using these weapons
