All three Rambo movies were masterful in use of music variations as an audio cue, synching the viewer with the action of the scene.
No, I've seen the movie and this scene in particular quite a few times and on each occasion failed to spot and/or appreciate the use of music to add to emotion of the movie...
Were the yokel cops playing zero-sum? Why not follow the truck?

OMG that scene was really close to being a diasaster killing alot of crew, notice how close the truck is to hitting one of the cops
