  • Hello there! Have you tried the Fat Blast Furnace (do a search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my mate burned lots of unwanted fat.

  • @Coasterrider210 No secret. I drank only water, and ate loads of vegetables and fruits, and lean proteins, and grains and nuts. I worked out moderately. The most important thing for me was eating right. Good luck!

  • Hi Kattt. I have inspiration for you. We must drink water to survive, when we are thirsty there is nothing more refreshing than a glass of water. What does this Mean? Humans must must do this thing that is very pleasant to survive. thus I come to the conclusion that the Reality is about Doing Refreshing healthy things, so Drink water (which will never make you feel bad), Love your friends And enemies(even though it is hard some times), And Follow the energy that makes you feel the most positive.

  • im trying to lose weight currently as well, the thing is im powerlifting with cardio and my weight has stayed the same, though my muscles are much bigger, i guess im replacing the fat with muscle, but does anyone know if powerlifting is actually an efficient way to lose weight? obviously we all know cardio is lol

  • @Qweeftastic Lifting weights is a GREAT way to lose weight, actually, more so than just cardio. Weightlifting increases your muscle mass which increases the amount of calories that your body needs to burn as a result. Also, lifting lighter weights and heavier weights is beneficial for losing fat and tonigh up. I suggest both. Basically, lifting speeds up your metabolism and increases overall fat burn. I hope this helps!

  • @Alleyrockz There's no secret. I cut bad food out of my diet and worked out 2-3 times a week. I drank only water, and ate about 75% raw foods. I felt amazing - lots of energy! And lost a good 15lbs in a month. I did not feel starved - just healthy and refreshed.

  • @HayleyL101 I stayed away from sweets, and had limited carbohydrate quantities. LOTS of fruits and vegetables, and lean protein. I didn't work-out like a crazy person, although it looks like it. Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym! It doesn't matter how many crunches you do if you're eating poorly.

  • @ExpectJustice I FEEL healthier :) I've kept up this lifestyle since losing weight here; it feels great! And yup, definitely harder for women - we're supposed to have a higher body fat percentage than males because the whole baby thing ahaha...

  • @Purp1eWolf You do, actually. Your metabolism is different at 13. It'll change by the time you reach my age, 20. Or older even. The point is that your metabolism slows as you age.

    Right now your body is still developing and growing, so it's easier to burn calories and keep fat off.

    the key point is eating lentils and chicken breast , no matter what age, and how much you eat you can't get fat. If you get fat, you're lying that you are only eating lentils and chicken breast when you're not

  • @lampuiho You don't have to restrict yourself to lentils and chicken breasts...those are indeed both good sources of lean protein and fibres...but there's so many more options to choose from. You can also have salmon, and turkey, and pretty much any vegetables/legumes/fruits/nuts­. The key point is also how you cook and prepare your food, portion sizes, and how often you eat.
