to anyone thinking about buying a dell computer, don't bother, they might be well known but their computers are cheap and prone to faults, you will find with dell that compononents are obsolete in a short space of time and cannot be upgraded due to inferior, dated mother boards and power supplys. dell are cheap scates and use low quality parts that will be outdated in no time at all. there customer service is a joke, can't understand a word of it. avoid dell computers, trust me.
What happened? Dell was a great American success story. Built from scratch, this company became the icon brand. Michael Dell built these in Texas for crimaney sakes! Vista is terrible. runs like crap... I don't like dells. Never have... Every dell I've ever used has pissed me off and never worked right. My Toshiba laptop works right and my Acer would work right if it wasn't for Vista. I'd upgrade it from Vista to XP if I could but I'm worried about onboard not working and it's non expandable (3 liter tower) so I can't just replace what stops working. Besides next comp I get I'm making myself.

Anyone could dig into the trash and get customers vital private information which is supposed to be destroyed but they don't enforce it. Many famous people, including Stephen King's information, was exploited around employees.
If you like paying over the odds for something that's not as good as a PC/Laptop, go for Apple. If you like "Sharing the Apple experiance" rather then using your computer the way YOU want, go for Apple. If you like your computer to look like a waste of plastic, go for Apple.

I promise, i'm as professional about what i recommend as possible, i don't just fanboy anything. Seeing as computer sales is my weekend job, i sure HOPE that the advice i give is sound up to the point of opinion (since when opinion is involved, complete garbage could be considered "great). Dells are fantastic machines, i recommend to everyone, everyone i've known who's got on, is entirely satisfied with theirs. Fast and reliable.
Most graphics arts pple use all apple, and won't touch pcs. Because apple is the best computer out there. The only reason I don't own one is because I didn't have the money for a decent one.
Andrizza, stop talking crap. Apple's may suit for your particular needs. Dells and Apple hardware is relatively the same - processors, motherboards, hard drives, memory etc. It's the Operating System that is shit i.e. Windows XP or Vista etc. Apple OS is a linux based OS, extremely reliable, efficient and frequently updated and secure in he first place. PC/Laptop is a thing not a brand i.e. Apple Laptop, PC etc.
Yea and the problems arise when you get a piece of software, be it whatever, and it doesn't work on the Mac. That's my biggest issue with Macs, they just don't have the level of global software support that PCs do. Also, i've been using Windows since 3.1. With half a brain and a little common sense, most PC Windows issues can avoided, as I have done so and have a perfect working Vista (ex-XP) Dell Laptop from 3 years back.
Actually that was Sony's batteries and many Laptop companies faced the same problem. Because Dell is the biggest of all of them, they got the limelight.

Uh, in some cases, yes. You must be ignorant if you think companies release perfect hardware every time. My Hewlett-Packard PC has a hard-drive problem that is common in alot of Dell laptops apparently. They use shitty hard drives that after a certain amount of time kill the computer and causing you to reformat. And it has trouble reading new dvd disks.

to anyone thinking about buying a dell computer, don't bother, they might be well known but their computers are cheap and prone to faults, you will find with dell that compononents are obsolete in a short space of time and cannot be upgraded due to inferior, dated mother boards and power supplys. dell are cheap scates and use low quality parts that will be outdated in no time at all. there customer service is a joke, can't understand a word of it. avoid dell computers, trust me.

What happened? Dell was a great American success story. Built from scratch, this company became the icon brand. Michael Dell built these in Texas for crimaney sakes! Vista is terrible. runs like crap... I don't like dells. Never have... Every dell I've ever used has pissed me off and never worked right. My Toshiba laptop works right and my Acer would work right if it wasn't for Vista. I'd upgrade it from Vista to XP if I could but I'm worried about onboard not working and it's non expandable (3 liter tower) so I can't just replace what stops working. Besides next comp I get I'm making myself.

Anyone could dig into the trash and get customers vital private information which is supposed to be destroyed but they don't enforce it. Many famous people, including Stephen King's information, was exploited around employees.

I promise, i'm as professional about what i recommend as possible, i don't just fanboy anything. Seeing as computer sales is my weekend job, i sure HOPE that the advice i give is sound up to the point of opinion (since when opinion is involved, complete garbage could be considered "great). Dells are fantastic machines, i recommend to everyone, everyone i've known who's got on, is entirely satisfied with theirs. Fast and reliable.

Andrizza, stop talking crap. Apple's may suit for your particular needs. Dells and Apple hardware is relatively the same - processors, motherboards, hard drives, memory etc. It's the Operating System that is shit i.e. Windows XP or Vista etc. Apple OS is a linux based OS, extremely reliable, efficient and frequently updated and secure in he first place. PC/Laptop is a thing not a brand i.e. Apple Laptop, PC etc.

Yea and the problems arise when you get a piece of software, be it whatever, and it doesn't work on the Mac. That's my biggest issue with Macs, they just don't have the level of global software support that PCs do. Also, i've been using Windows since 3.1. With half a brain and a little common sense, most PC Windows issues can avoided, as I have done so and have a perfect working Vista (ex-XP) Dell Laptop from 3 years back.

Uh, in some cases, yes. You must be ignorant if you think companies release perfect hardware every time. My Hewlett-Packard PC has a hard-drive problem that is common in alot of Dell laptops apparently. They use shitty hard drives that after a certain amount of time kill the computer and causing you to reformat. And it has trouble reading new dvd disks.

And another thing. That 750,000 dead figure is from one estimate that was wayyy higher than any other estimate made at the death toll. Liberals use that figure because it supports their purposes better. Almost all other estimates place the figure between 40,000 and 100,000. Which is awful, Im not saying it isnt.
