@ChristianCageCarisma No, some serial killers just kill for the shits and giggles. The definition of a serial killer is someone who kills at least three people over a period of time. Motivation or organization has nothing to do with the basic defintion of a serial killer in general.

And bet your ass he had some sort of motivation. He might not tell it or admit it, but he had a motivation. NO ONE does ANYTHING without a motivation EVER.

@silvereagle2061 the problem with solving crimes committed by serial killers is that they ARE so random. they usually have some kind of MO, but this can change over time or to suit whatever the "needs" of the serial killer are (sexual release, the desire to inflict pain, or whatever). serial killer Gary Taylor radically changed his MO about a half dozen times. Eric Edward Cooke; however, uses a rifle to kill people at night when they are most vulnerable. thats a pretty set way of doing things.
