i just bought the face shop nail for HK 10 dollars (approximately 1.20 US dollar) lol -.- it's so cheap, and the color is exactly tiffany blue!

i know you could use toothpicks to do the dots, but where could i buy a dotter, like the one you used? (i did this look with a toothpick and it didn't look as good as yours) thanks :) x

it's cool but actually i won't recommend face shop nail polish because i bought the blue one in the video and i had to apply at least 3 coats to get the color.

u dont need techniques from me carry on with ur own styke they are good a just because im a technician doesnt mean im better it means i have sat in a classroom and done it infornt of someone and got a cert, try doing a nail art course for the cert i think u could pass easy and we all have to practise at the start
