  • you are not fucking using the wifi when watching video in vlc media player fucker

  • I have that laptop!!!!

  • ITS A SMALL WINDOW

  • I stream 3 HD movies flawlessly with an Actiontec Wireless G Router

  • It looked like he paused the video for some time.. lol

  • how do you prove that its streaming and wasnt buffered before this video was filmed?

  • I have a Nokia N97.

The WLAN says "Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, UPnP technology".

Does that mean I can't use WiFi if I have a Wireless N router?

  • i wonder what software they used to freeze the video... hmmm... premiere, final cut, sony vegas, or windows movie maker using copy paste...

  • why the fuck do i need to watch a hd movie on 3 laptops?! what a shit video to demonstrate

  • @aminuk23 living with 3 other avid movie fans. I can def use the wireless n. my home is on a large hill side and the added range would be usefull if i were to be out at the far end of the lot video chatting out under the trees. but if you live alone you might not understand the need for such bandwidth and range.

  • Now....

Lets see 10 Hd Video streams

  • will it work?

  • Quick question here please, I am in the process of setting up a hotspot. I have a Linksys WAG54G which is directly connected to the internet (WAN cable connected) and a Linksys WRT54GL which I wish to connect to that router to gain internet access. Is it as simple as disabling DHCP and connecting the routers via a LAN cable?

  • i had the same video freezing problem till i switched to ubuntu because samba streams videos much better then windows file sharing, and i used vlc on both os's (ps now i have an eee pc with wireless n so it actualy uses my routers potential and it is fast!)

  • yeah right! did anyone notice that the lap tops are only three feet away from the router? come on guy who you foolin!

  • From what I have known from broadcom they only make Wireless cards not Routers. So you would need a high speed N router to go along with their N card.

  • Did you have encryption on?

  • Can you do a demo where you start a video through a remote desktop connection?

  • first commentm yay. I have a broadcom chipset, but I'm upset with Microsoft and Windows, so I've decided that I'm switching to Ubuntu Linux. That new broadcom technology, looks promising, but I can't even get my current 802.11g wireless broadcom in my notebook to install on linux...
