The USA govt and its people(which your tribe is part of) The fact that the tribe has "sovereignty" is in conflict with the rules everyone else (that is not a tribe, that is ) has to abide by. Personally, thought, a Deal is a Deal in my book so the tribes should have their lands left alone except in cases of national security issues ( and I mean to protect us from outside attacks)

He was elected, fair and square, in 2004 when he beat Kerry. So you can say, Bush served 2 terms without being RE-elected ....What kills me is....had Gore simply won his own state of Tennessee (in 2000), the Florida mess would NOT have been a factor and Gore would have won......
