one of the best kungfu classics of the 80s besides snake in the eagles shadow , shaolin temple , drunken master and many others . This movie has never caesed to excite me.john cheung and pompsen shi as the protagonists wers simply amazing as monkey sytle kungfu experts ,so were wilson tong and charlie chan as the snake style kungfu experts .thanks buddy for posting this movie

Back in the day these actors practiced to the point that it is necessary to have someone splicing footage or artificial figures to compete with the action. Eveb=n as a child I saw it as a deadly dance. Fight science on discovery and national Geographic now shows that these styles are as deadly as they look.

Great Kung Fu movie! I remember seeing this VHS movie for rent, in a grocery store, back in the 80's. That's right.. You used to could rent a VHS in a grocery store years ago people!! Those were the days. Now you can rent dvd's outside of grocery store in the Red Box. But I guarantee they won't have this movie for rent.

The 1st Kung Fu film I ever saw and also the 1st time (and the reason) I wagged school at the ripe old age of 12. I finally understood what all the fuss was about and why my big brother used to beat the crap out of me on a Saturday morning after watching the latest Kung Fu film the night before at "The Grand Palace" or "The Elight". Also, a bit of trivia, the star also played the bad guy in "Dragon - The Bruce Lee Story" he played the fighter picked by the Chinese community to defeat Bruce Lee.
