    Hi. The water that you see is an enclosed bay and the young bottlenose dolphin got trapped on the mud as the tide went out. We were lifting the animal up in a tarpaulin to carry it over the spit of land blocking access to the sea to put it back in deep water that had access to the open sea. It worked well as we did not see this animal again after we had refloated it in deeper water.
