No way.... Im a huge kakashi fan but Gai is just too good. Your probably assume that Gai uses gates every time he needs them but he only uses them when he has no time for the fight he wants. I wont go into any details so i dont spoil anything but ill say that in the future episodes when ten ten is in trouble so gai literally turns someone into a perpetual sun b/c she will die if he doesn't.
I'm not anti-Gai.I quite like him.^^ hes funny in a good way.but i still think if Kakashi is holding back whenever he fights,even in the Pain arc.but yeah,if Kakashi and Gai go head to head full out,he might still lose.but didnt Tsunade once said he would be Hokage if the need arises?to be Hokage,u have to be the best of the best,and that kinda implies Kakashi is holding back during his usual fights.
but anyway,Gai is still ok.I'm not anti-Gai or anything.^^ if i offended u,im sorry.

Actually,Kakashi is better than Gai. He just doesnt bother much to "defeat" him in his "competitions" XD no offence Gai-fans.
