I really love AC/DC, its one of my inspirations, but the only thing that I dislike is that they are just Angus & Malcom band, and Malcom just doesn't mind doing the same (sometimes boring) thing all the song, so Its Angus Band. If you call it a band, then you suposelly have to get something of every member in each song.

This is rock 'n' roll, the guitar is essential (not saying that every other member isn't important, but really, the guitar is the symbol of rock). Really, every good guitarist plays solos, and they're often quite long when it's live. I just don't see why it's wrong.

Maybe its just you. It seems to me that you only hear music from one point. When you listen to AC/DC, you listen to the entire band and the wonderful music they produce, not just Angus. If you make that mistake of listening to Angus only and thinking that he's an attention whore, then it seems fair for me to say that its your mistake.
