Does anyone know Tear's voice actor's name? She sounds crazy familiar to me, and It's on the tip of my tongue. But I have no idea where else I've heard that voice before.

Ion is a hermaphrodite. In the Japanese versions of games, hermaphrodites are commonly used but usually not in American versions. It must of been a mistake.
