I spent countless hours on this battle, on the battle tha I succeeded in, it lasted for over an hour. It sat in my records as the longest battle fought. I rechallenged it in the coliseum and it took all of 10 minutes. The godlings rapture and lightning turkey in a burst and I won.

@Temtuun I know you posted this 10 months ago.. but i guess its for anyone who doesn't know, You do ex combos by using certain cards in a certain order. A lot of the times it just does more damage but in some cases you can recover hp and others can do things like boost turnover speed or raise defense. its more of trail and error finding them but there's a list in the menu called "ex combos" that tells you all the ones youve done so far in a list that tells you the cards and the order.

man this was a pain in the ass back in the day, i rented it and never got past the hololobird; I was todl by friend to use mattress on the bird and then take out the chicks. then focus on the mother. Continue the strategy until dead...But it didn't work for me :(

I tried one more time this morning and I beat him in 40 minutes , use guillo ice fan, sigil cry and level 3 fire atack (dont remember the name) on a mp burst, this will kill the chicks and will leave the hoholo bird free to attack, I was level 24.

@codebleach Use mattresses to put the baby birds to sleep, then try to kill the mama before the babies wake up, or else the babies will just heal the mama bird. It's a bit frustrating, but not impossible if you've leveled up enough and have the right cards. Also I think lightning attacks work best on them.

it helps increasing the MP (the lv. thing in the right) to use specials.

Later on its kinda useless since you gain more MP using normal cards than with Force, but Guillo and Milly look so cool when they do it that I just have to use it XD.

yeah, I pretty much was using the same combo through my whole 1st playthrough and never payed attention to the EX combos lol.

The one I will try not to use is the Aphoteosis though, that one is broken >.>
