I have the Ernie Ball Music Man Steve Morse guitar.... and I just used Quicktime pro for recording and a Behringer mixer...that's all... it sounds crap that way...

i didn't use any effect ...it's just my guitar plugged in ...some distortion, some hall and maybe a little delay... it's the playing technique which get's you the sound... it's called artificial harmonics
