JUST YES!!! It's 9:00 in the morning and I should not be watching piano videos as they make me want to play before Uni... I'm gonna have to wait until I get back now...
wow... i really did enjoy this piece. You have incredible technique!!! lol I hope to be able to play this movement some day. lol. keep playing... good stuff!
@dermaestro, you are, to an extent, wrong; this movement DID state it was in Allegro, but in my view this piece was executed perfectly, as kaseymunson states. Yes, speed is not everything, but think about the context of the piece you are in.
Obviously you know nothing about music. Like in any forms of art, there is no right or wrong, only what FEELs right. My comment wasn't about the tempo, it was about articulating the feelings that the composer intended for the piece. Techniques can only get you to certain level, but articulation, communicating the feeling is what get you to the next level of enjoyment. Get it?
@dermaestro, yes I do, but I can't prove that I am good at music, nor can I prove that I am not able to either, but even as you say 'what feels right' has its limits, imagine stretching this liberty of "what feels right" so that playing at 1 note per second is correct- even the composer had not intended the piece to go this way! To regard music as an art, you must master it, the way it is MEANT to be, otherwise music is just taken too 'lightly' (it doesn't mean I don't agree with you tho!):)
If I could play this, I'd jam on my piano every day!

Very good tempo! Now put some feeling in there... speed is not everything. Think how can I play better than a computer!
