And, your words, about MS being one of the greatest blessings in your life, besides your family and the church. that is so true, A lot of the time if we look deep enough our refiners fire can be a great blessing. My struggles have definately brought out the best in me over the past few months. now mroe than ever, I look toward Our savior. With all my Trials they are easier to bear when I do what I'm supposed to. I believe your Dad and the savior are both proud of you.
Thank you for telling your Story. I was the same way, looking at everyone around me with their struggles. I have a friend with MS and it hurt to watch her but she is such a Strong Latter Day saint Woman who I admire. I'm also LDS. I was just diagnosed with Lupus, an AutoImmune disease like MS and Being tested for Celiacs and RA and Struggling to finish HS and go to LDS Business College. Your story is inspiring and comforting. THANK YOU :)
You have inspired great thought provokation in me. I will refrain from trying to go over details as to the kinds of thoughts being provoked. I would also say that it seems clear to me that this is indeed a genuine connection with the almighty.
Your dad is proud of you and your Heavenly Father is definitely proud of you. Thank you for your example and it is an honor to be in the same family of faith.
Thanks for putting this together, this was so touching. I hope all the best for you and your family...although you already know you have victory in Christ! I'm truly moved by your story.
So much wisdom for one so young. One of my husband's favorite thoughts is "If you are distressed by anything external, the pain is not due to the thing itself, but to your estimate of it; and this you have the power to revoke at any moment." Marcus Aureluis Antonius (121 AD-180 AD) You have demonstrated this elusive power in such a magnificent way. Thank you.
I would like to thank you for this wonderful film. My wife works with you and we both are eternaly greatful for your message. Her mom has MS as well she is fighting it hard. Hope you live a long and fruitful life.
Thanks for sharing so much passion and intensity, rren. I have been going through something I think I cannot bear, and your story has helped me. God bless you.
Isaiah 55:8-9 is awesome - "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts." You're a great missionary and example.
I admire that you keep that in focus through your trials. Many people get hung up on asking "why is this happening to me?" and some even turn their frustration or anger to the Lord. I love your comments and insight into Job's story regarding this.
I admire your strength, your conviction, and appreciate your strong testimony. I can't believe you've been diagnosed with MS. While we can't understand "why" certain things happen, we can have courage and peace in knowing that as we pass through the refiner's fire, we will become better, more pure, and stronger if we bear it well.
Thank you for that great testimony and conviction of Jesus Christ. You have a a wonderful and strong family to stand with you at this time. Our prayers are with you and your family.
Thank you for making my trials lighter and making me day happier : )
