  • They were both wrong. Refusing to show his license and insurance and being generally disrespectful to the cop was wrong. The cop continuing to hold him after he found out his story was true was also wrong. There's no law against being an asshole otherwise they would have both ended up with tickets. Ryan created and escalated this situation and the cop used bad judgement.

  • THIS is why people hate cops! Use some common sense jerky!! I hope you lose your job because you sure have lost your humanity!!! Sure, cops have to deal with a bunch of punks through their careers-but way too often do they fail to "protect and serve" and end up on ego/power trips.
