Tie a 4 feet rope to a hook in a wall about shoulder high. Use the rope as support while you squat. Concentrate on the negatives, that's going down. Help yourself to get back up by pulling the rope. You can even hang in there like a windsurfer, facing the wall. You will need the rope less and less. One day you'll get a backpack and put a plate in and restart the whole process. That's how i did it.
