ive only recently started juggling about 5 days ago so im still kinda a noob and think everything as easy as it looks, so can someone tell me if body throws are as easy as they look, already kinda expecting what the answers gunna be?

When? When he started to work on body throws seriously, he worked on them for about 15 minutes a day (say, one day for an hour, the other three days 0) and got them solid in a couple of months. I don't remember it exactly. This is just how I feel it was.

Who is going to juggle on a competition? You mean Vova? As far as I know the only two competitions Vova will be taking part are the IJA competition in July and the WJF ones in December. Either Bart will be there or not he is definitely not Vova's rival. Or I didn't understand your question?

I have no idea. If Bart is going to pass with Vova, Vova usually agrees to pass with someone who wants it in gym. But if you mean them as a passing team on competitions, then I doubt they will make it.

Well, I couldn't find it on the net as well. I couldn't even find lyrics for it. I got this song from the CD Vova and Olga were presented on the Vienna Juggling Festival in 2002.
They do. I've been working on body throws for 18 months or so and I'm finally getting some good runs where I stop when I want to, not when I need to.
Wes Peden learned these tricks in 8 months, I was a decent juggler when I started work on them so I'd say between 8 and 24 months to learn and an extra 3 months to year to get the 360s in.
