ECMO = Electronic Countermeasures Officer (operator). I'm hoping to fly these, but their days are seriously numbered.

The ECMO I know as is in the hospital.

My guess would be Electronic Countermeasures Officer. ECMO1 would be the right front seat in an EA-6B Prowler and maybe ECMO 3 & 4 get the back seats.

Hehe.... pretty tight there on the seat for a few secs :) Sad to see the Kitty go. She's served the fleet well after all these years. Dang...makes me feel old. I think she may be the last of the conventionals. Thanks for posting.
