Himalayas: traditional culture, Ladakh

Its a nice effort done by the performers.... i have seen couple of dances which are performed in the costume of cattle from the Himalayan dancers...but i never saw the first performance done ever...what is the name of the dance and on which occassion is it perfomed and can anybody provide me the information regarding it...and what is the right period to visit the Himalayan festival (regional Dance festivals).......
