I like both of the games but i like The Darkside Chronicles better because it has more fear and horror, better and scarier soundtrack and it's easier to pull of headshots because in The Umbrella Chronicles it was really difficult and frustrating.

re6 has to be a game with zombies or zombies with las plagas cuz capcom should know that alot of people arent liking the las plagas thingy

i agree! I really never liked it... it doesn't stick to the zombie tradition of RE games.

True, but the games are about fighting B.O.W's instead of just shooting zombies.

I also think the parasite infection is a bit disappointing, but it turned out pretty good in RE4.

what i like the most of both games is you get to play the survival horror RE, not the action RE (4,5), nor having to fight stupid Las Plagas, they give an air of a alien parasite game instead of a survival horror game

That is so true. That's why I think a full on RE2 remake would be welcomed by fans of the series.

Capcom is re-releasing RE2 sometime in the near future as a PSOne classic.

yeah thats what made this game good but i guess capcom wont understand that and if they make a RE6 there gonna make it the same (action), i remember the first RE gam i saw was RE2, i was like 6 or 7, i didnt even wan to look at the tv, i was like turn that off please, and then i just left, but i dont think capcom its going to bring the survival horror to the new games anymore that means newer RE games are going to suck compared to the older ones

I even wonder if there is going to be a RE 6, now that Wesker is gone.

RE4 wasn't that bad anyway, I loved the point and shoot system.

Way better than the old stiff way of pointing your gun which they had from RE1 'till RE0.

No offence though, I also love the older games.

Umbrella chronicles is just nice i can't get enough of it, but can't wait to darkside either!
