@dgwear69 I agree with you when it comes to a caloric deficit. I wouldn't say that those items are irrelevant because they can play an important role. This is more of an advanced strategy. It may not work for everyone but could get certain people the results they need in a short period of time. It's all about testing. I appreciate your feedback and wouldnt get mad at that comment
would you be mad if i were to say people over thing weight loss when all it really comes down too is creating a caloric defficate (Glycemic index is irrelevant, meal frequency is irrelevant, ect)
Thanks for the tips, Greg. I've never heard the theory about a cheat day and then a fast day, but will try the fast after a cheat day. Will go back to more protein shakes as I wasn't aware it burns more to digest a break down protein. Good stuff. Thanks!!
@NYRangersHockey Glad you found it useful. There is more depth to these discussions which I will be posting up. Again I didn't event these, these are tips and strategies I have been picking up from others, tweaking them, trying them on myself, coaches, and clients and then figuring out what works. We like to experiment here at the Meta Burn Studio. If there is anything you would like to learn more about or go more in depth with just let us know here in the comments or email b2f@b2finc.com
