  • @rimasta1

    I would definitely buy a b5 rts!

Im working on a mod for empire at war that turns it to b5

  • vote yes if you would be willing to BUY a well made B5 video game, either a simulation or a space based RTS. i know i would.

  • Alas, I got a starter box for this years ago. But could never find anyone to play it with. I love the B5 universe! It some of the best done starship battles out of any sci fi series. Star Trek came close during it's time, but later incarnations started fubbing the in show rules on how it worked. D:

  • I remember playing Babylon 5 wars all of the time with my friends. It was made by the same "Agents of Gaming" that made A Call to Arms ('Wars' had more detailed ship stats as it was meant more for a 1-3 ship engagement for each side).

    Good times.

  • lolz why where there trees in the picture at 0:36? :p

    Anyways, nice vid.

  • I think those were meant to be asteroids... but I had the same thought.

  • ironwind metals makes the miniatures now

  • Oh brilliant! Will be checking out that website :) Thanks for the help!

  • Surely you would choose vorlons!

  • Vorlons have great forward weapons and fantastic fighters, but suffer really badly when it comes to numbers, or anything which gets behind them....

  • I really want these ^^

    Are they very expensive?

  • Erm... not really, but they're difficult to get hold of as the company has stopped doing it :(. Recommend you keep an eye out on Ebay, Mongoose publishing or any local generic hobby stores near you.

  • One last probing question (or one of them), which country is Mongoose in? I suspect america...

  • It was a US company I believe, but i honestly couldnt say

  • hahaha I've made one out of some clay stuff :P I will buy this stuff now.

I'll make some more if I have to

  • Good luck!

  • @FarseerOfPouiln No its a UK company.

  • do they still do this cause u got me interested ^^

  • Sort of... Mongoose publishing makes the rules set which is still available, but i believe the actual models are harder to come by - though i believe they kept a sizeable stockpile, they just arent making any more

  • you know where i could possibly get any?

id like to get some shadow and earth alliance vessels ^^

  • Mongoose publishing website, ebay, possibly some local hobby shop websites - bit hard to say without knowing exactly whats nearby to you :)

  • i play drazi

  • Good solid race :) Good with squadrons especially I found. Whats your usual opponent?

  • purple or green?

    ;D

  • ... not to gripe (cause it was a GREAT video) but when it says "Minbari"... it shows ships from ISA.

I know you know... I'm just puttin' it out there...

  • Sadly that came down to the usuable pictures I had at the time - but you are quite right :)

  • can i join your club? lol. great vid

  • Thank you :) In all seriousness, If you are in the area (Exeter, Devon, UK) you are welcome to come along to the club - there's even a games convention they're hosting coming up on 1st March at the uni.

  • I never was into tabletop gaming, but I think I could have gotten into ACTA. Pity Mongoose will soon stop producing the miniatures.

  • GAH! I know! Still at least we should be able to get from second hand and from other retailers for a while.
