Destroyer is the product of a complete rape and insult to the original classic. In the end credits... you are correct. I was answering the guy who asked about anyone who read the book. Which was not a novelization of the film but the book that the film was based on. In the book, written by Robert Jordan, it is spelled Bombatta.

That Robert Jordan book was a tie-in published when the movie came out.

Im surprised its a novelization. I own the book, have read it more times than I can count, and have really never felt much of a similarity. Its ridiculously better than the movie, more gritty, and far more true to the overall character of Conan, as are most of Robert Jordan's Conan novels. But the rest of what I said stands. Perhaps you are correct. Its entirely possible. When I was a kid, I loved the movie, but as I have gotten older (almost 30 now) the book just blows the film out of the water. I still like it, because its still Conan, but the book is infinitely better in virtually all aspects. Here's hoping Arnold does the 3rd film he was slated to do before becoming California's governor. Probably be better than the film thats currently in production!
