@MrKrumpmaster I don't doubt it. I had night terrors as a kid where I'd wake up more viscerally terrified than I've ever been in my life, and not even know what I was actually afraid of. My point is that, contrary to what this video would have you believe, there is no reason to think there is anything supernatural about this phenomenon.
@VandalayIndustries82 it really depends on what happens during your terrifying experience though. If you imagine the devil in your room, of course you are lead to believe its supernatural. If you see a hand coming out of a vent (lol like me) then you think its psychological.

in my life i've experenced 2 sleep paralysis and thats why i serched it up because i thought maybe my house was haunted but now i think it only happen's when i get really bad gussbumps when i start to feel that i quickly get up and stay awake because i know if i try to go back to sleep it will happen again
What the fuck...I'm just packing my room as I am moving, I am watching, just before bed, this program. as of 4:46 i am done for the night. This (if it has any truth) is a huge fear and has been for ages. really over active imagination here and have had weird enough prophetic dreams and thoughts etc etc. but this stuff trumps 'em all. Kind of like a real Nightmare on Elm Street...
Also the scary part is that these shadows doesn't have any faces. I've watched closely to them but they don't have a face. They do have however a body like human, but that's it. I can't see anything like expression or so whatever. I've seen them closeby 3x till now. I hope I won't see them ever again. It's really scary and i'm feeling like a 12 year old while i'm 28. It's not fun to live this way.

The first time it happened to me I couldn't see anything as well, but the second time it happened me I saw a shadow coming towards me and bending over to take a look at me. The scary thing is they don't have any face. It's just all empty! They do look like human, but no face! Some attacked me and some just looked at me. But I heard that only gifted people are able to see. Maybe you're not that far yet to see!

I will say that asking Archangel Michael for protection, saved me from a second, sexual attack. I have since placed the stone, I feel this entity was connected to, somewhere no one will ever find it! No more experiences since, for me!

This is a totally biased approach to the belief of demons and ghosts. The people interviewed have these terrible re-occurrences because they cannot get past the fact that they are only dreaming and non of this is real. I was able to do so minutes into my first paralysis, which occurred last night.
People need to look into the science of things, because once learned and believed, everything in this world makes sense to a certain degree. They just need to vanquish the fear of this phenomena.

@TheSlicerr SP is generally accompanied by the sense that there is something evil in the room. & if it were only the result of people dreaming even though their body is still asleep, why isn't there more people reporting all kinds extremely different dreams as you would expect, as opposed to almost identical experiences with this evil. The same story, same feeling & sometimes the same entity are being described by people who have had no contact with one another or have ever heard of SP before.
I think these guys are taking things too seriously. I've been sleep paralyzed many times. Few times I've seen things while sleep paralyzed but I've never felt those things were really there. I knew they were just apart of my mind and that when I woke up 100% they would be gone. And they were gone when I fully awoke.
If there really is something going on other than sleep paralysis, why don't more people video tape themselves while they sleep? If there are really black figures or demons taking a physical form while one sleeps, it should manifest itself somehow.
Instead,they rely on the dubious method of "EVP"..not very convincing.
I've always on another occasion seen a black figure at the foot of my bed. never on my chest though. but i have always been completely frozen but able to groan and make some sort of contorted hollar for help, one incident when i was free from the paralysis it was only because i awoke to the yelling of my mother screaming for me to be quiet

I agree it is of the spiritual realm. These are demons (ole hag etc..) I have had three attacks one as recent as last Tuesday. My nightly visitor is the Ole Hag that morning about 4:30am. I was fully awake I had an upset stomach that wouldn't let me sleep. Felt something get on the bed and then on top of me. I opened my eyes thinking it was my BF and it was a white grayish form with shoulder length hair leaning forward to my face while she was crushing me. I was frozen in fear.
@mistressnexxus It was very threatening and felt like a very negative entity. It was trying to kill me. My BF was sleeping next to me. Right when I thought I was gonna die he woke up and said it's ok baby your ok like he knew. It was weird timing I wonder if when I was paralyzed I was able to telepathically send a message to him? Because he was turned to the opposite direction. He woke up right when I couldn't breath which scared the entity where it took off on the right side of my bed.

Waking up at night and not being able to move/scream or anything except to look with my eyes. Yesterday it happened again and the scary shadow thing was watching @me at the end of the bed. That was so scary. I wasn't able to move so I wanted to get that thing go away. I forced my body somehow and attacked it with my hands and said go AWAY! I screamed after that..

@capcom23 Well those identities are real. Its not our brain creating them. Those indentities come from the lower astral realms. The best thing to stop it is to pray to god and say his name out-loud. Or tell that shadow you would send him to heaven or to be destroyed being judge by the higher realms. I believe in shamanism... and believe me or not... my dad is a well known shaman king within my community, and when these things happen to me or immediate family or anyone close that we know of, my dad will dispel the unknown spirit by closing the gate between our world and theirs... NO it doesn't only happen to religious freaks. I am non religious and it still happens to me, not everyday but once in a while. It has been like that ever since I was a child. All I could do was wait it out or will myself to defeat my fears. Its not that fun.

this happend to me yesterday when i fell a sleep.but the thing that was watching me was not agressive it was looking at me no eyes no facial features just a little man cloudy shaped figure watching,i asked him "WHAT DO U WANT?",he just looked at me,he seamed really sad for some reason i dotn know why.but my body was numb and i could move my head and my eyes,and i was making some sort of noise like my vocal cords expanded to sound like a pig screamng in a low pitch voice,i looked at the figure.
i wonder if the first guy who had the smoke visuals, if he tried sleeping with the light on, or a nightlight. i found a light makes them seem to dissipate. the tingling still happens though.
Okay, no one pulled his leg. If you look closely, you can see where his leg would be under the sheet, right before and when it moves, we should see the sheet around his leg tighten somewhere, and we dont.
I fully believe this guy was awake and moved his leg on his own.
They should seriously consider filming these people at their houses for a month or so while they are sleeping to see their reactions while in sleep and maybe catch something supernatural on tape.

@lovegames25 I never really have breathing problem actually. The first time it happened to me I couldn't see anything as well, but the second time it happened me I saw a shadow coming towards me and bending over to take a look at me. The scary thing is they don't have any face. It's just all empty! They do look like human, but no face! Some attacked me and some just looked at me. But I heard that only gifted people are able to see. Maybe you're not that far yet to see!

This is a totally biased approach to the belief of demons and ghosts. The people interviewed have these terrible re-occurrences because they cannot get past the fact that they are only dreaming and non of this is real. I was able to do so minutes into my first paralysis, which occurred last night.
People need to look into the science of things, because once learned and believed, everything in this world makes sense to a certain degree. They just need to vanquish the fear of this phenomena.

I think these guys are taking things too seriously. I've been sleep paralyzed many times. Few times I've seen things while sleep paralyzed but I've never felt those things were really there. I knew they were just apart of my mind and that when I woke up 100% they would be gone. And they were gone when I fully awoke.

If there really is something going on other than sleep paralysis, why don't more people video tape themselves while they sleep? If there are really black figures or demons taking a physical form while one sleeps, it should manifest itself somehow.

I had one, one time. There were 3 other "non-humans", trying to do something to me. I was awake...fully awake. Yet, could not move. I tried to scream, pull my bed sheets away from them but nothing. That is real as this world we live on. It's not a dream. The panic, the fear, is one of the worse you can ever experience.

I agree it is of the spiritual realm. These are demons (ole hag etc..) I have had three attacks one as recent as last Tuesday. My nightly visitor is the Ole Hag that morning about 4:30am. I was fully awake I had an upset stomach that wouldn't let me sleep. Felt something get on the bed and then on top of me. I opened my eyes thinking it was my BF and it was a white grayish form with shoulder length hair leaning forward to my face while she was crushing me. I was frozen in fear.

Right when I thought I was gonna die he woke up and said it's ok baby your ok like he knew. It was weird timing I wonder if when I was paralyzed I was able to telepathically send a message to him? Because he was turned to the opposite direction. He woke up right when I couldn't breath which scared the entity where it took off on the right side of my bed.

Waking up at night and not being able to move/scream or anything except to look with my eyes. Yesterday it happened again and the scary shadow thing was watching @me at the end of the bed. That was so scary. I wasn't able to move so I wanted to get that thing go away. I forced my body somehow and attacked it with my hands and said go AWAY! I screamed after that..

It tried to hide away from me, but I saw him clearly how he was staring. And that was very scary experience. I moved my body with a lot of pain and I slammed on my bed and said that he has to leave! ANd the became bigger and after that I ran to the light switch screaming! and then it was gone

Or tell that shadow you would send him to heaven or to be destroyed being judge by the higher realms. Everytime I got attacked I prayed and I was able to move. So they do help me, but that night I was a bitsappointed. I never seen anything this crazy but i have heard different things, growling... felt my dead dog next to me, heard people arguing.... but first time it ever happened i saw a naked women, and it was not scary at all!! lol but most of the time i just wait to move my body so fucking annoying!
Seems though that my recent ones are longer than before... which i dont like!

@osr23 Yea true, recently i have been able to "lucid Dream" as it were when the sleep paralysis happens, its all psychological you can stop your self from seeing scary things if you really try... and don't be afraid!!

this happens to me regularly but ive never seen anything scary...i just lie there and i just think to myself omg im paralyzed again. i do hear voices sometimes though.

this happend to me yesterday when i fell a sleep.but the thing that was watching me was not agressive it was looking at me no eyes no facial features just a little man cloudy shaped figure watching,i asked him "WHAT DO U WANT?",he just looked at me,he seamed really sad for some reason i dotn know why.but my body was numb and i could move my head and my eyes,and i was making some sort of noise like my vocal cords expanded to sound like a pig screamng in a low pitch voice,i looked at the figure.

i wonder if the first guy who had the smoke visuals, if he tried sleeping with the light on, or a nightlight. i found a light makes them seem to dissipate. the tingling still happens though.

Okay, no one pulled his leg. If you look closely, you can see where his leg would be under the sheet, right before and when it moves, we should see the sheet around his leg tighten somewhere, and we dont.
I fully believe this guy was awake and moved his leg on his own.

This used to happen to me all the time, but the difference with me is that I never felt threatened. Just afraid of not knowing who or what it was.
I never felt asthough it was gonna hurt me. I always saw a young girl. similar to the girl from the ring. but I couldn't see her face. just dark hair.
Its embarrassing but she made me cum on myself sometimes.
other times she just sat on the floor and I'd try to get off the bed and I'd see myself roll off the bed but I'd still be in the bed

They should seriously consider filming these people at their houses for a month or so while they are sleeping to see their reactions while in sleep and maybe catch something supernatural on tape.
