Yes it was, the dog wasn't particularly big, so I doubt it just broke free. Once the owner retrieved the dog, he recieved a mocking round of clapping from the crowd, he did not make eye contact. This was the next run after a horse (Icare d'Azuzay) had a VERY nasty accident on the same fence (Vicarage V) so the mood was very sensitive from that point on, so you can imagine how this dog escipade looked.

yer it was the poor guy got held up for about 10 mins and then about two jumps after he had started again he got a loose dog chasing after him !
