Look at some Fallout 3 mods, some of them are built to challenge the player more, since Fallout 3 on the hardest difficulty is still pretty easy. Sometimes mods can add new features the game never had.

@narutokan i am in no way jealous because i can't mod on consoles since you know sony and microsoft do ANYTHING they can to prevent modding on consoles to be possible which means that none can do it and btw the shown footage is not from the 360; mind his sight movements, he's clearly using a mouse. if i made the appearance that i dislike mods in general then i must row back, i simply dislike idiots who call cheating modding but modding itself is a great thing sadly restricted to the pc

@SuicideShaun well i might have overreacted when calling you (indirectly) an idiot (sorry about that) but you see a trainer counts as a cheating tool not as a mod and im perfectly fine when people have fun with cheats in certain games as long as it is for fun. and as you mentioned in the title you were having fun but the point is you said you were using mods when actually you were simply using cheats. if the title were having fun with cheats then i would have never posted this comments

@SuicideShaun look on my channel for my Red Orchestra 2 beta videos part 1 and 2 and i recorded them in fraps in full size 60fps with no lag at all expect for a bit at the start of the video and my pc specs are below but im getting a new pc soon so this one will go.

That's cool. I like how the buildings became paper thin and you can just walk right through them when you walk into the background scenerey.
