Belgium chickened out after losing 10 soldiers. When everyone knew they had been specifically targeted to discourage the UN from staying. Belgium did exactly what the extremists wanted them to do: pull out!!

And not only did Belgium pull out... but it went on a campaign all around the UN to make sure they wouldn't be the only ones to leave so they wouldn't 'lose face'...

I wonder if the Belgian generals who decided this still feel that they indeed 'didn't lose face'. coward losers

@1234buja Je suis belge et j'ai été au Rwanda et je n'ai jamais eu de problème avec les Rwandais jamais on ne ma volé ma porte restais ouverte et je n'ai jamais eu de problème mais mes collègues Néerlandophones ainsi que Français on été voler régulièrement , mais il y a toujours une question qui à descendu l'avion du président on a toujours dit qu'il avait été abattu par des bérets rouges les seul militaires en béret rouge étaient des français qui a descendu l'avion !!!

Why they only show us one side of the killings? Always hutus killing Tustsis, they never show us what was happening in the rebels side, or what is happening now in Rwanda. This is like saying that Hitler was the Devil and Stalline was an Angel wich I don't think is fair. I believe Both men were Devil, Hitler killed 6 million, while Stalline killed 20 million. But Stalline won the war, so he is like a hero and history only talks about Hitler. The same uncomplete history is being made in Rwanda.

Dont worry. It is a language of murders, or at least murderers in Rwanda. Lets thank the French for arming, training, and aiding the Hutu Extremist. And when justice was coming to get them, the French allowed them to escape.
