I like this shit. Dave Evans has got a bad rap over the years and people tend to dismiss him and forget him. But he has talent, wheather you want to admit it or not. He may not be the best thing to ever come from Down Under, but give the guy a break. Every one of you out there talking shit wouldn't have made it in AC/DC either. Wouldn't have even made it with Rabbit. Hell, you'd be trapped doing bar shows forever.

I think this was filmed in 1974. I heard that Dave joined in October of that year and their Lady la Di Da single was released on December 31st, 1974. Since this is the promo video for the song, It would make sense that this was recorded in 1974. (Dave was even wearing some clothes he wore while he was with AC/DC in this video)

The background vocals are great, I love it loud like that. And they sing good too, hit the notes just right. Makes the song even better. The guitar playin is great! The raw sound is amazing. The drum playing is amazing, the guy doesn't miss a beat.

It's part problem with YouTube. I've got a lot of old video tapes which are nicely in sync. Yet, for some reason, youtube seems to change the pace. I have no idea why. It is good song - reminds me of Red Hot Chilli Peppers slightly lighter moments.
