@americanaccents i dont mean to be a know it all, but the last chord is related. they play at every chorus. it not the chord most song would end on, but some do. you hear it a lot in movies/tv shows. in fact its so "related" that its called the "relative minor". really, no fooling. it just so you how talented ween are.

@americanaccents It's not unrelated, but it is a little unusual for a straightforward song like this. It's the 6th of C major. What's quirky is it ends on the hook part, "I don't want to leave you on the farm", but melodically that's actually the verse of the song. So you expect to hear a chorus resolve the song back to C, like the "reminds me of you" part, but instead it's left hanging on a darker less resolved note. Works, though because it's haunting, suits the lyrics.
