I'd give this walkthrough high marks, but since you actually let people READ THE TEXT, you get A++++! Fantastic!
I never owned an Amiga, and to be honest, I think oftentimes the Amiga versions of multi-version games were inferior. In this case, however, I think the Amiga version of KQ1 was maybe a little better. But I don't know if the slower load times when transititioning from one screen to another are part of the package or not. ?
The main theme to the King's Quest games - at least, the earlier ones - is 'Greene Sleeves'. It at least dates to the 1580s, but at least by then, it was already fairly well-known. I think the earliest instance of it being written was possibly by John Johnson.
According to King's Quest lore, 'Greensleeves' [sic] is the official national (royal) anthem of Daventry.
nope, that's the population of Kolyma, not Daventry. The remake by AGD interactive has slightly more details and people in Kolyma and also takes place in Daventry as well. Check my Let's Play of it :)
i wonder what house is the most exspence in los gatos it's the one that's de mallish's buy drug dealer it to eeazy to find out why stuff go's bad now day's and so simple any one can figger it out.
any way i love the game to and drug's are more of a problem now then ever with to day's yothyo becuse it put's brother agen's brother mother agen's sisther and kind of turn a famly stale bote anyway the truth is the kid's dount want you to abanay them and that is the bottom line
This was one of my favorite King's Quest... I have the original game, and although this movie is really "low tech"-- I'm having a blast watching this game being played. It makes me remember when I was a kid and learning to type.
did you know the mountain that you get to with the fliying carpet. if you look in hole, you will see a clip for one of the space quest games? I forget which one....but I find it amusing....
There is something about games from this time that just warm me up. Especially when playing them on my C64 & Amiga from that time. Would someone please take me back and away from all the formulated commercialised crap that is around now. :(

The gaming companies back then were run by honest working fellows. Today some few businessmen run the entire gaming industry, that's why we get the same game over and over. Looks at EA, Microsoft, 80% of their CEO's are jews, greedy heartless jews.
THANKS A LOT for making this movie. This was the first ever game I played on PC. I never managed to crack it - but I spent so many hours in front of the screen trying. It is amazing to see all the mysteries solved. Thanks a lot!
Wow, Seriously Sierra, programming Thriller into this?

Why didn't he just take the goat from the first part? With Threes and houses casting shadows this is almost 3D graphics!

Wow, does this ever bring back memories! I loved all these "Quest" games.
I find it amusing that Dracula is at the wedding even though Graham supposedly killed him earlier in the game.

Yeah so is Hagatha and according to the manual, she's the one who locked Valanice in the tower.
