@GuernB2 We cut out the distributor by having Andertons act as both retailer and distributor! This saves about £150 on the RRP... Also the stock pups are very affordable non branded, the concept being that you can change them for your own prefered choice ;-)

I wonder if I could get this with a stopbar tailpiece and no drilling for the stringthrough? I've never liked how the stringthrough works with a tonepros style bridge as it seems the strings hit the back of the bridge at a severe angle.

@Logankeller352 music is subjective. "...what he plays actually sounds good" is not a legitimate argument for who is the better guitarist. ben knowing more scales(and possibly more theory), being MUCH better at picking, and being able to play faster makes him a technically more proficient player.

One question I've pondered is "What non-shred bands/guitarists does Chappers like I wonder?". I've just discovered Band of Skulls for example and they've made me want to pick up my guitar more than any other for ages, simply because of having great songs and a great sound - no fancy dan technique or shred in sight.

hey rob, I have a cheaply made jackson js 20-it's set up is just like the ML1-which makes me love it all the more. But here is the thing-it is made out of indian ceder. The sound is great, but the bridge pickup is very muddy on overdrive-on clean, it sounds awesome. In general, think of a mix between Paul gilbert and some form of chicken picking and you get sort of what my ax sounds like. I've been debating on either dimarzio PAF Pro, or the deactivator. Any suggestions?
