Just an update, I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and as a status Indian we are tax exempt from the 8% portion of the HST off reserve. We were also exempt previous to July 2010 from the provincial sales tax. The video is general and does not speak off all Provinces tax legislation. We fought for that right to continue during the G20 summit here in Toronto, Ottawa and in Ontario.
