I participated in that congress. While it was spoken a lot about the Jewish people that died, it was still mentioned that they were the most affected ones but not the only victims.

For me, the main objective is to send a message of tolerance among the nations using the holocaust as an example to prevent it from ever happening again.

Surely we need to remember every single person that died in the holocaust, whether they be jewish or otherwise. 2 million Russian civilians died in the holocaust, hundreds of thousands of romani gypsies died.
