That's some reffing. I didn't even read the comments before deciding to say something about that ref. Anybody can see that he stepped in at the perfect time. He almost stopped it early, but the guy hung in there.
This is a really good refereeing job. Herb checked him when the arm fell, saw he was still moving and gave him a chance to fight out of it. The second time his arm falls, he checks and Wes is limp, so Herb breaks it up immediately. It was about as by the book as he could possibly be.
@JDkillaBoY should have stopped it as soon as the dudes arm goes limp. starving the brain of oxygen for even a short period of time can cause serious damage.
