today i did somthing and yes it slowed my mind until it was sooo slow it could not catch up with the now..everythng became soo spacious and suddenly i felt oneness ...i could be this expression of sadness and happiness and still remain in bliss.. .My friend said that even though you have all the money in this world what would it matter if you dont have this ..if we both had a choice to be that way forever over money we'd pick that way forever 100% with 0% regrets.

p.s. isn't there an analogy of this....where the example is that just as love envelopes everything, that darkness is always enveloped in lights presence too? Like a flashlight shone in a dark room. I can't remember exactly.

When you realize it's O.K. to be afraid, you don't pay as much attention to the fear because you realize there is nothing to be ashamed of...something like that.
